Gandhi Syahida & Associates is a law firm in Simpang Ampat, Penang, helping individuals, families and businesses understand their position and act on it.

Founded by Gandhi Palanisamy in 2017, the firm was formerly known as Gandhi & Associates. Today, Gandhi Palanisamy and Nurul Syahida lead the firm, serving individuals, families and businesses in Penang and across Malaysia.

General litigation

Gandhi has practised litigation for more than ten years and founded the firm in 2017. He handles defamation, debt recovery and contract disputes, and finds the right route to the result the client needs, whether that is a firm letter, a negotiated settlement or a full trial. Outside court, he explains everyday law in plain English and Bahasa Malaysia, at public talks and online.
